Keen's Cheddar PDO

An English cheese made with unpasteurised cow's milk. This traditional West Country Farmhouse cheddar is rich and complex with a long-lasting nutty flavour and tangy bite. The Keen family has made this cloth-bound cheese by hand at Moorhayes Farm in Somerset since 1898. Keen's, which has Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) status, is made with unpasteurised milk from the family's 250 Friesian cows. Match this cheese with red wines, Port or ale. Made with traditional animal rennet.

Colston Bassett Stilton PDO

An English cheese made with pasteurised cow's milk. This Stilton is mellow, fruity, deep and savoury and the most traditional in style of all Stiltons. It is made at a small dairy in Nottinghamshire to a special recipe with milk from five farms surrounding the dairy - the same farms that have supplied milk for this cheese since the 1920s. Colston Bassett Stilton has Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) status. Match this cheese with full-bodied red wines and Port. Made with traditional animal rennet.
