Product description

This very fresh pasteurised goat's milk cheese weighs approx 180g and comes from the Childwickbury Estate near St Albans in Hertfordshire. It is La Cremerie's most local cheese. The disc-shaped cheese is bright white with no rind and is delicate and moist with floral, milky and citrus flavours. Elizabeth Harris only makes a very small quantity of Childwickbury and uses milk from her own herd of goats. Match this cheese with light styles of white wine.
